3. Is there a fee for returning an item?
Yes, there is an $8 shipping label fee for returns unless return protection is added to the original purchase in which case there is no fee for returns.
4. What are the eligibility requirements for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

6. What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns and exchanges will be made through our returns portal here
7. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! To start an exchange visit our returns portal here within 30 days of purchase.
8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@huntmutt.com.
9. What is the shipping policy?
We make every effort to ship your items the next business day after ordering. If possible, we will ship the same day. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $50 and a $5.99 flat rate standard shipping on all other domestic orders. Priority shipping is also available.
